The District’s Board of Directors will be conducting a virtual Special meeting on October 15, 2024 to consider acceptance of Engagement Letters associated with an upcoming Bond Refunding. The meeting notice and agenda is available below.
The Independence Water & Sanitation District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors in whom rests the authority to manage, control, and supervise all of the business affairs of the Districts. The Districts’ Board of Directors hold Special Business Meetings as needed.

The next regular meeting of the District's Board of Director's is scheduled for November 22, 2024. Special Meetings may be called as necessary.

Notice of meetings are posted on this website at least 24-hours prior to each meeting.
If the District is unable to post the Notice of Meeting on the District Website at least 24 hours prior to each meeting due to exigent or emergency circumstances, the Notice of Meeting shall be posted within the boundaries of the District at least 24 hours prior to each meeting, pursuant to Section 24‑6‑402(2)(c)(I) and (III), C.R.S., at the following Designated Public Place:
